Marloth Park Hippo House is a self-catering holiday house situated in the well-known Marloth Park nature reserve. The property overlooks the Crocodile River and the Kruger National Park.
This double-storey house can accommodate 8 persons and consists of 4 air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms . Two bedrooms are fitted with twin beds and two with queen beds, and the bathrooms have a shower or bath. The fully equipped kitchen contains a large fridge-freezer, a gas stove with an electric oven, a microwave and an ice maker.The upstairs lounge offers a large flat-screen TV with full DStv viewing.
The lounge opens onto an open-plan dining area, and from there, to the upstairs deck which has an outdoor dining table.
There is a pool, an outdoor braai area, combined with a boma area where one can relax around a fire at night.

One can spend hours here looking at the hippos, elephants, buffalo and all other species that occur in Southern Kruger Park.

Guests staying at the house are therefore able to see the Big 5 from the upstairs deck, when they visit the river. Marloth Park also has its own animals like giraffe, wildebeest, zebra and impala. On the Kruger National park side of the river, there is a fence separating the animals from Marloth Park.
